Vacancy: Assistant Store Manager – The Wildflower Club (Full-time, Alkmaar)

The Wildflower Club is a fast-growing fashion brand specifically for tall girls (1.75m and above). Following our online success, we're opening our very first store soon (expected February), and we're looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager who will work alongside the Store Manager to deliver the same great online experience! 💕

About the position
 As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's right-hand man. You'll be on the floor, coaching the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll help with daily planning, styling, and service, and you'll lend a hand whenever needed. A store with you will feel warm, stylish, and inspiring.

What you're going to do

  • You support the daily management of the team and motivate colleagues on the work floor

  • You monitor the store's appearance and assist with styling and visual merchandising

  • You help with schedules, time registration and communication with the office team

  • You keep track of sales targets and replenishing the store

  • You assist with cash management, daily statements and resolving small cash discrepancies

  • You contribute ideas about promotions, events, shopping nights and content from the store

  • You take responsibility for opening and closing and replace the Store Manager in his absence.

Who you are

  • You have experience in retail or management, preferably in fashion

  • You have a sense of style and know how to make customers enthusiastic

  • You have strong communication skills, are socially skilled and enjoy multitasking.

  • You are positive, structured and know how to tackle things

  • You enjoy working in a young and growing team

  • You live in the area of Alkmaar

  • You are flexible and available for at least one weekend day

  • And of course: you have an affinity for tall fashion (preferably you are 1.75 or taller 👀)
