Refund policy
What a pity that your order was not as you expected.
1. Go to our return portal
Within 14 days after receiving your order, you can return your items (starting from €4.99). Click here to go to our return portal and follow the steps in the return process.
2. Packing
Pack your items and attach the return label you created to the package. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label (both the barcode and your delivery address). This prevents the package from being delivered back to your home.
Products must be returned in their original plastic packaging to protect them. The labels must still be attached to the item.
3. Shipping
Bring your package to the chosen delivery service within 3 working days after registering your return.
⚠️ Please note! Packages sent outside the return period and without using our portal will not be accepted.
Keep the shipping receipt of your return carefully. We are not responsible for returned products that get lost.
4. Refund
As soon as we have received your return (unworn and undamaged), you will receive a refund within 10 working days.

We are not responsible for return packages that are sent back to the customer because the original shipping label was still visible. The customer must request and pay for a new return label from us.

If returning items causes you to no longer meet certain discount conditions, the discount will be deducted from the refunded products. For example, in a 3+1 free promotion: if you return an item, the free option will expire and will be deducted from your refund.
