On this page, you'll find all the information you need to determine your length. We recommend measuring it correctly once so you'll know it for life! 💕
Unfortunately, canceling an order is not possible. Once your order is placed, it's automatically forwarded to our fulfillment center. From that point on, your order will be processed and packed there immediately, independently of us.
Because this process is automatic, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change an order after it has been placed.

- iDEAL/Wero: reliable, secure, and easy online payments. You pay via the mobile banking app or your own bank's online banking environment.
- Bancontact: Bancontact is a secure and fast payment method for Belgian customers, allowing payments to be processed directly from their bank account via a debit card.
- Billink: Receive your order first and pay within 14 days.
- VISA|Amex|Mastercard: If you choose this option, you will pay by credit card.
- Maestro: If you choose this option, you pay with your debit card.
- Fashioncheque: You can also pay with a Fashioncheque. Check the box during checkout to indicate you want to use this service and then enter your code.

What is Billink?
Billink is one of the payment methods you can use to place your first order (up to €300.00) at The Wildflower Club. Billink offers secure and flexible payment: you can order now and pay 14 days after receipt via the Billink app.
Why haven't I received an invoice from Billink?
The quickest way to view your invoice is by logging into your personal Billink account or the Billink app. If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address, please contact us. We can update the information for you and resend the invoice.
Don't see your payment method? This might be due to the following:
- Your order amount is higher than €300.00
- This payment method is not available in your country
- The payment method is not available for repeat purchases

Standard packages in the Netherlands have free shipping for orders over €60.
Packages to Belgium and Germany have free shipping for orders over €75.
Packages to Luxembourg, France and Spain have free shipping for orders over €100.
Packages to Denmark and the Czech Republic have free shipping for orders over €150.
Packages to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have free shipping for orders over €175.
Did you order on a weekday before 22:00? Then your order will be shipped the same day. If you order on Friday after 22:00, your order will be shipped the following Monday.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands may take up to 3 business days.
Please note! During peak days (especially November/December), the delivery of your parcel may take a little longer due to the enormous pressure on delivery services. Please keep this in mind and order on time 💕
We deliver our products to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Austria, and the Czech Republic.
You can track your order with the track and trace code that you receive in the email. You will receive the track and trace after your package has been shipped.
Unfortunately, it's possible your order might be damaged during shipping or you might receive the wrong item. We understand that, as a customer, you have no control over this. In that case, please contact our customer service immediately. You can do so by email at support@thewildflowerclub.nl . It's also helpful to include photos of the defect/product.
So don't just return the item, but always contact our customer service. Our customer service team will process your message within 24 hours and will work with you to find the best solution!
After delivery, a package will always remain at the parcel point for one week. If the package is not collected within one week, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
Would you still like to receive the package? Please send an email to support@thewildflowerclub.nl within 3 business days of returning the package.
If we haven't received an email from you, we'll refund your order once your return has been received and processed. We charge €5.99 for shipping and return costs. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
We're sorry your order wasn't what you expected. You can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
Go to our returns page and follow the steps to register your return.
- We do not refund return shipping costs.
The return period starts from the moment your package is delivered. If you choose to have your order delivered to a parcel point, please be careful: after delivery to the parcel point, you have 14 days to register your return.
- We are not responsible for lost returned products.
We are not responsible for return packages returned to the customer because the original shipping label was still visible. The customer must request and pay for a new return label.
If certain discount conditions are no longer met by returning items, the discount will be deducted from the returned products. For example, with the 3+1 free offer: if you return an item, the free option expires. This discount will be deducted from your return.
We have a returns policy to benefit both you and our planet. Returns start at €5.49 (NL), allowing you to return up to two items free of charge. Want to return more than two items? For each additional item, you'll pay a €0.99 fee.
Why are we doing this? We want to encourage our customers to shop more consciously and selectively. If you return fewer than two items, it's cheaper for you now. It's a win-win situation: you save on return costs, and together we reduce our environmental impact.

Yes, that is possible. Orders still within the return period will automatically appear in the returns portal. You can then return the items you select there together in one package. Both orders must be registered simultaneously via our returns portal.
Please note: this is only possible if the orders were placed using the same account.
You can register your return within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal (Returnista). After registering, you have another 14 days to drop off your return at our store. In-store, we'll check the items for tags, signs of wear, and original condition. Once everything is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

You can exchange an item for a different size by indicating this in your return application. Select 'Exchange' as the return reason and confirm the selection. In the next screen, you can specify which size you wish to receive. Once you have entered your sizes, you can confirm the selection.
After your application, you will receive an email from us to finalize your exchange request. This is a request and not a reservation. This means we cannot yet reserve the new size for you. It may therefore happen that the size is no longer in stock when your return is processed in our warehouse.
Please note, exchanges can only be made for a different size or length of the same item. It is not possible to exchange for a different item or a different color.
As soon as we have received your return package, we will process your return or exchange within 10 working days. After your return has been processed, we will create a new order for you with the desired size. We will cover the shipping costs of this new shipment. If the desired size is no longer in stock at that time, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount of the item.
If you want to be sure that the correct size is still available, you can also choose to return the item and place a new order yourself for the desired size.
