Vacancy: Store Manager – The Wildflower Club (Full-time, Alkmaar)

The Wildflower Club is a fast-growing fashion brand specifically for tall girls (1.75m and taller). Following our online success, we'll be opening soon. (expected February) our very first store and for that we are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager who will give our customers the same great experience as online 💕

About the position
 As Store Manager, you're the face of our store. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly: from a perfectly styled shop floor to a smile for every customer. You'll motivate the team, manage inventory, and ensure the store looks and feels like The Wildflower Club: warm, stylish, and inspiring!

What you're going to do

  • You are ultimately responsible for the entire store, the team, the appearance of the girls and the store and achieving the targets

  • You actively contribute to styling, events and social content from the store

  • You are the link between the store and the office team and think about how we can further grow the brand offline.

  • You keep an overview of stock, sales targets and store personnel (with administration and management of hours/wages)

  • You conduct assessment and performance reviews

  • You work closely with the team at the office (marketing, content and webshop)

Who you are

  • You have experience in retail or management, preferably in fashion

  • You have a sense of style and know how to make customers enthusiastic

  • You have strong communication skills, are socially skilled and enjoy multitasking.

  • You are positive, structured and know how to tackle things

  • You enjoy working in a young and growing team

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You live in the Alkmaar area

  • You are flexible and available for a day in the weekend

  • And of course: you have an affinity for tall fashion (preferably you are 1.75 or taller 👀)
